Farmers' Cooperative Unions (FCUs) are our strategic approach to harnessing their potential while ensuring gender inclusivity. We firmly believe that by uniting the efforts, knowledge, and resources of men and women farmers, these cooperatives can unlock unprecedented growth and equity. FAVOA's dedication has already given rise to three FCUs strategically positioned across Malawi's regions - Central, Southern, and Northern. Covering Agricultural Zones of Influence (ZOI) in line with 2013 FTF Baseline report for central and southern regions, these FCUs serve as epicenters of progress, ensuring that FAVOA's transformative initiatives directly impact the lives of all farmers. With FCUs as our cornerstone, we're nurturing a future where cooperatives strength drives sustainable change in agriculture, breaking gender barriers, and cultivating prosperity for all."
