Farmers’ Voice Africa (FAVOA), an organization that centers on: Advocacy, Capacity building and Marketing, through its duly registered for profit subsidiary FAVOA Innovations and Investments Group (FIIG) under the department of Electricals and renewable Energy is hiring Electrical engineers (2 posts) on internship  for a period of 12 months with a possibility of an extension or employment contract upon satisfactory performance.

Farmers Voice Africa (FAVOA) is a duly registered organisation with the Malawian government, and accredited by CONGOMA. Its main objective is to foster change in the livelihoods of the farmers and their socio-economic cooperation. FAVOA partners with all stakeholders who advocate for farmers’ productivity and youths’ efficiency in developmental projects, integration and Agri-business. In order to effectively and excellently achieve its intended objectives, a rare opportunity has risen for vibrant youths across all corners of Malawi to give back to Malawian society. These youths will be part of a greater change in the wellbeing of all farmers through Volunteerism. Take note that this is not full time volunteership, hence those working are equally encouraged as long as they can be freeing themselves to perform duties and responsibilities for FAVOA. Farmers Voice Africa (FAVOA) is a duly registered organization with the Malawian government, and accredited by CONGOMA and other legal bodies. Its main objective is to foster change in the livelihoods of the farmers and their socio-economic cooperation. FAVOA, which centres on Advocacy, Marketing and Capacity building, partners with all stakeholders who advocate for farmers’ productivity and youths’ efficiency in developmental projects, integration and Agri-business. In order to effectively and excellently achieve its intended objectives, a rare opportunity has risen for vibrant youths across all corners of Malawi to give back to Malawian society. These youths will be part of a greater change in the wellbeing of Malawian communities through a one-year internship under J4Y programme. All interns are expected to report for their duties in October 2020. Farmers’ Voice Africa (FAVOA) would like to inform the general public that it has released a list of successful candidates who have been selected in the J4Y project under the Malawi government. However, this project will run in phases. Out of 60 successful candidates, the first phase will consist of 10 candidates who have been selected and approved based on initiative’s preliminary implementation objectives. The remaining 50 candidates have been put on a pending list.
